I love the look of a dark and moody portrait – and the look of a low key image is definitely a favorite of mine. Something about it makes a subject look both more powerful and conveys a sense of intimacy and mystique all at the same time for me. 

Androscuro is reserved for photography that is more private, and often rooted in themes of eroticism, dominance, or restraint. It’s not explicit in the traditional sense. My focus is on work that feels more editorial and print-ready than it does pornographic.
